Often times, cute buildings under rent control are neglected because quality improvements and feature renovations do not realize higher rent! We tackled this property anyway!. The visual transformation resulted in Garden Style Dollhouse Bungalows reminiscent of a bygone era. Renovation included the property’s systems; foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing and hardwood floor restoration.
